1. Cancellation Policy for Advisory Services and In-App Features:

Cancellations for personal finance advisory services or in-app features will be considered if the request is made within 7 days of purchase. If the advisory session or feature has already been utilized or activated, cancellation requests may not be entertained.

For subscriptions to ongoing services, you may cancel your subscription at any time; however, such cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription period.

2. Financial Products:

Purchases of financial products through the Platform are final and non-refundable once the transaction is completed, as these are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective financial institutions or third-party providers.

If you encounter any issues with financial products purchased, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We will liaise with the relevant financial institution or provider on your behalf to resolve the issue.

3. Refunds for Quality or Service Issues:

In the event that you receive a service that does not meet the quality standards advertised, or if you experience technical difficulties with in-app features, please report the issue to our customer service team within 7 days of the service date or feature activation. Our team will evaluate the complaint and determine the eligibility for a refund.

Refunds for approved claims will be processed within 7 business days and will be credited to the original method of payment.

For issues related to financial products that include warranties from manufacturers or service providers, please direct your inquiries to them as outlined in their warranty terms.
