Welcome to Simplify Money. The Platform is operated by Turvas Technology Solutions Private Limited (CIN: U62010UP2023PTC191807), owner of the “Simplify Money” brand, together with its subsidiary Simplify Money Private Limited (CIN: U66290UW2026PTC253434), an AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor (ARN-363095) through which distribution of financial products is carried out. Important notice about the nature of our Services
Simplify Money is not a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser. Our application for registration is under review. Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment advice, and no content, ranking, list, calculation, insight, projection, analytics output or communication should be read as a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or financial product.
Simplify Money is a distributor, not a manufacturer, of financial products. We act as an AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor, and as a referral or facilitation partner for gold, fixed deposits, credit information and lending products. The products themselves are manufactured, issued and serviced by the respective asset management companies, issuers, lenders and providers.
Simplify Money is not a bank, non-banking financial company, broker, depository participant, credit information company or insurer. We do not accept deposits, lend money on our own account, hold client securities, execute trades in your broking account or guarantee any return.
All investment decisions are yours. The Platform provides tracking, aggregation, categorisation, analytics and execution facilities. You are responsible for the decisions you make using them.

Where you use social login, you authorise us to receive your name, email address and provider account identifier from that provider. Your relationship with the social login provider is governed by that provider’s terms; if you lose access to that account, you may lose access to your Simplify Money account, and you should contact us to re-establish access.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and device, for all activity under your account, and for notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use.
Access and Use Rights
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to access and use the Platform and Services.

Data linking, parsing and third-party account access
Gmail and statement parsing
Where you connect your Gmail account, you authorise us to locate and parse financial emails and attachments, including bank and credit card statements, in order to extract transaction data. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, as set out in the Privacy Policy. You may revoke this access at any time.
SMS access
Where the operating system permits and you grant permission, the App may read transactional SMS messages from banks, cards and wallets to organise your expenses and balances. We do not read personal messages or one-time passwords.
Stock and demat linking
Stock linking is read-only. We retrieve holdings and transaction information from your broker, depository or an account aggregator with your consent. We cannot place, modify or cancel trades, and we do not hold your securities or your broker credentials. Holdings and valuations shown may be delayed, incomplete or stale depending on the source, and should be verified against your broker or depository statement before you rely on them.
Accuracy of parsed and aggregated data
Parsing, categorisation and aggregation are automated and may be incomplete or incorrect. Balances, holdings, valuations, spending categories, graphs and insights are provided for information only and are not statements of account. In case of any discrepancy, the records of your bank, broker, depository, registrar, asset management company or card issuer prevail. You should not rely on Platform data alone for tax filing, reconciliation, borrowing or investment decisions.
Transactions in financial products
Your transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective product manufacturer, issuer, institution or third-party provider, in addition to these Terms. We transmit your instructions; we do not accept, hold or control your money except where we collect subscription or coin-purchase fees payable to us.
Mutual funds
- Simplify Money Private Limited acts as an AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor (ARN-363095) in an execution-only capacity. We do not provide investment advice and we do not recommend schemes.
- We distribute Regular plan units. We receive commission, including trail commission, from asset management companies. Commission rates differ between schemes and fund houses, and this may create a conflict of interest. Scheme-wise commission disclosure is available in the App and on request.
- Purchases, SIPs and redemptions are subject to scheme documents — the Scheme Information Document, Statement of Additional Information and Key Information Memorandum. Please read all scheme related documents carefully before investing.
- Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Read all scheme related documents carefully. Past performance is not indicative of future results. There is no assurance or guarantee of returns, and the value of your investment may go down as well as up.
- Applicable NAV is determined by the cut-off times prescribed by SEBI and by the time at which funds are realised by the asset management company, not by the time you place the instruction in the App. Instructions placed near or after cut-off, on non-Business Days, or where funds are not realised in time, will be processed on the next applicable Business Day.
- Once an instruction is submitted and transmitted, it cannot be cancelled or modified by us. Requests to stop a transaction must be made to the asset management company or registrar, subject to their rules.
- SIPs require a valid mandate (e-NACH or UPI AutoPay). Registration of a mandate typically takes several Business Days, and the first instalment may be debited only after registration. You are responsible for maintaining sufficient balance; failed debits, bank charges and consequences of non-payment are your responsibility. SIP cancellation requests must be made within the notice period specified in the App and are effective only for instalments not yet initiated.
- Redemptions are processed by the asset management company. Proceeds are credited to your registered bank account within the timelines specified in the scheme documents. Exit loads, lock-in periods (including under ELSS and other statutorily locked-in schemes), stamp duty, securities transaction tax and capital gains tax apply as per law and scheme terms. We do not determine or control these timelines or deductions.
- Transactions are executed through our technology and transaction platform partners. Downtime, failure or delay at an exchange, registrar, bank, payment system or platform partner may delay or prevent execution.
- KYC is mandatory. Where your KYC status is not validated, registered or is on hold, transactions may be rejected by the registrar or asset management company.
Digital gold
- Digital gold is offered through a third-party provider. Simplify Money acts as a distribution partner facilitating access.
- All digital gold transactions are governed by the provider’s terms, including the SafeGold Terms of Use. It is your responsibility to review them.
- PAN verification is mandatory for gold transactions. Transactions will not be permitted where PAN verification fails or where regulatory thresholds are exceeded.
- Buy and sell prices are quoted by the provider, are valid only for a short window, and include applicable taxes, charges and spread. Storage, delivery, making charges and applicable minimums are governed by the provider’s terms.
- Digital gold is not a regulated security and is not covered by SEBI or RBI investor protection mechanisms.
Corporate fixed deposits
- Corporate fixed deposits are issued by companies and non-banking financial companies, and are not bank deposits. They are not covered by deposit insurance from the Deposit Insurance and Credit Guarantee Corporation.
- They carry credit risk. Repayment of principal and interest depends entirely on the financial position of the issuer. Credit ratings are opinions, may be revised, and are not guarantees.
- Interest rates, tenures, minimum amounts, premature withdrawal rules, penalties, lock-in periods and tax deduction at source are set by the issuer. Interest is taxable in your hands.
- Simplify Money does not guarantee the issuer’s solvency, the payment of interest or the return of principal, and does not recommend any issuer.
Loans
- Simplify Money is not a lender. We act as a digital platform and lead-generation or facilitation partner for regulated lenders and lending service providers, including our loan partners.
- The identity of the lender, the loan amount, the annualised percentage rate, all fees and charges, the repayment schedule, the cooling-off period, the recovery agent details and the grievance contact will be disclosed to you by the lender in a Key Fact Statement before you accept any offer, in accordance with Reserve Bank of India directions on digital lending.
- The lender decides whether to approve your application. Approval is not guaranteed and we do not influence credit decisions. Disbursal, servicing, collection and recovery are carried out by the lender.
- All loan amounts are disbursed directly to your bank account by the lender and repayments are made directly to the lender. Simplify Money does not pass through loan funds.
- Applying for a loan involves a credit bureau enquiry, which may affect your credit score. Default affects your credit record and attracts consequences under the lender’s terms and Applicable Laws.
- Complaints relating to a loan must be raised with the lender’s grievance officer, and may be escalated under the Reserve Bank of India Integrated Ombudsman Scheme.
Credit score and analysis
- Your credit score and analysis are sourced from credit information companies registered under the Credit Information Companies (Regulation) Act, 2005, after your separate, specific consent.
- Scores and reports are the output of the credit information company’s models. They may differ between bureaus, may be refreshed only periodically, and may contain errors originating from the lenders who report data.
- Displaying your score is not an offer of credit, a pre-approval, or an indication of your eligibility for any product.
- We do not correct credit bureau records. Disputes about the contents of your report must be raised with the relevant credit information company or the reporting lender.
Paid subscriptions, fees and coins
Subscriptions
- Certain premium features require a paid subscription. Plan names, prices, inclusions, billing frequency and applicable taxes are displayed in the App before purchase.
- Subscriptions may be set to auto-renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, unless cancelled before the renewal date. Where you have set up a recurring mandate, you will receive pre-debit notification as required by the Reserve Bank of India.
- We may change subscription pricing or inclusions on prospective notice. Changes take effect from your next billing period and you may cancel before then.
- Cancellation, refunds and app-store purchases are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- Subscription fees are payable to Simplify Money for access to Platform features. They are not advisory fees, portfolio management fees, or fees for any recommendation.
Coins and rewards
- Coins are a promotional loyalty unit with no monetary value. They are not a prepaid payment instrument, not e-money, not a security, and are not redeemable for cash.
- Coins may be earned through in-app activities, deducted for in-app activities, or purchased. Where coins are purchased, the amount paid is consideration for a promotional benefit and is non-refundable except as set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- Coins may be redeemed only against the specific offerings we designate, such as gold purchases or premium offerings, subject to caps, minimums and eligibility we specify.
- Coins are personal to you, non-transferable, cannot be pooled, gifted, sold or exchanged, and may expire.
- We may modify, suspend, revalue or discontinue the coins, badges and milestones programme, or cancel or claw back coins obtained through error, abuse, fraud, multiple accounts or reversal of an underlying transaction, at our discretion and with such notice as is reasonable.
Payments
Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways and app-store billing. We do not store full card details. Failed, duplicate or disputed payments are handled as set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Intellectual Property and Trademarks
The Platform, including its content, features, functionality, software, design, text, graphics, models and analytics, is owned by Simplify Money and its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
The trademarks, logos and service marks displayed on the Platform belong to Simplify Money, its group companies, and other associated parties and service providers. You may not use any of them, including as metatags on other websites or pages, without express written consent of the owner.
You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, licence, create derivative works from, or use any content available on the Platform for commercial or public purposes.
Data you upload or provide remains yours. You grant us a licence to process it for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data you provide or that we collect when you use the Platform. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.
Confidentiality
We will maintain the confidentiality of your information as set out in the Privacy Policy. We may share your information with third parties as required to provide the Services, and such third parties are contractually obliged to protect it.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Simplify Money, its group companies, officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities and legal fees arising out of your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, your breach of Applicable Laws, or your violation of the rights of another person.
Disclaimers
The Platform and Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
Without limiting the above, we do not warrant that:
- The Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free
- Data retrieved from banks, brokers, depositories, registrars, credit bureaus, email or SMS will be complete, current or accurate
- Categorisation, analytics, graphs, projections or insights will be accurate or suitable for your circumstances

- Any application for a loan, fixed deposit or other product will be approved
Investment decisions made using the Platform are at your own risk. Content on the Platform is educational and informational and is not investment, tax, legal or accounting advice. You should consult a qualified professional before acting.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for loss of use, data, goodwill or profits, arising out of or in connection with the Platform or these Terms, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Platform or these Terms, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to Simplify Money in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹5,000, whichever is higher.
We are not liable for acts, omissions, delays, defaults or insolvency of any asset management company, registrar, issuer, lender, broker, depository, credit information company, gold provider, bank, payment system or other third party, or for any event beyond our reasonable control, including regulatory action, network or power failure, cyber attack, or force majeure.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Applicable Laws.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform where you breach these Terms, where we are required to do so by law or by a regulator, where we suspect fraud or money laundering, or where continued provision of the Service is not commercially or legally viable, with such notice as is reasonable in the circumstances.
You may close your account at any time using the account deletion facility in the App or by writing to support@simplifymoney.in. Closure of your account does not cancel an existing investment, SIP mandate, fixed deposit or loan, which must be dealt with separately with the relevant institution.
Accrued rights and obligations, including fees due, indemnities, confidentiality, limitation of liability and dispute resolution, survive termination.

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, send a written notice to support@simplifymoney.in containing:

We may send notices to you by email, SMS, push notification or through the Platform. By providing your email address and mobile number you consent to receiving such notices. You can opt out of promotional communications through your account settings.
Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email or through the Platform at least seven days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept the changes, you may close your account.
Nature of relationship
You and Simplify Money are independent parties. These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, agency or fiduciary relationship between you and Simplify Money.
Survival, severability and entire agreement
Any provision that by its nature contemplates ongoing obligations survives expiry or termination. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund and Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Simplify Money in relation to the Platform.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
