Yes. You can cancel an ongoing subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and no partial refunds are issued for the unused part of that period. Separately, a cancellation request made within 7 days of purchase will be considered, though requests may not be entertained where the feature has already been used or activated.
No — not on your subscription. What you pay for Silver, Gold or Platinum is the whole of it: a subscription earns us nothing beyond its price, and it buys no product. On the financial products you can choose to buy, we say so plainly. Distribution of financial products sits with Simplify Money Private Limited. Where we distribute a product, that entity may earn a distribution commission from the product manufacturer. This does not change what you pay. We are not a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser, so we do not recommend specific investments — a commission cannot buy a recommendation we are not permitted to make.
